Welcome! This is Camp Windy Hill's ninth year of creative camps for children. We are a small family-run camp offering imaginative art, science, and nature explorations. Camp Windy Hill is a child’s delight with trees to climb, rope swings, large open fields, a backyard stream and goldfish pond, and beautiful woods to explore. Come play with us this summer!
July 23-26 * 3 spaces available * Join us on an exciting puppetry adventure! Learn the art of puppet making by creating fairytale puppets such as knights, princesses, witches, dragons, and other magical creatures. We will design scenery and props, practice acting, and perform a short play for family and friends on the last day of camp. Ages 6-11

Explore the wild world of animals! Draw, paint, sculpt, and make puppets of fascinating creatures such as penguins, sea otters, humpback whales, ferocious tigers, tiny hummingbirds, and giant elephants. Find out how these amazing animals survive in the extreme arctic, deserts, oceans, and jungles. Ages 5-11
July 30-Aug. 2 FULL; waitlist available Enter the world of acrobats, jugglers, and make-believe! Learn to juggle, unicycle, balance on a slackline and a rolla bolla, and walk on stilts. Create cool circus toys and a miniature one-ring circus. Get your face painted, dress in silly clothes, and have fun with carnival games and water play! Ages 5-11
July 9-12 FULL; waitlist availableBlast off on an exciting adventure through
outer space! Make your own spacesuit, backpack, mission patch, and helmet. Create an astronaut self-portrait, launch air-powered rockets, learn how astronauts live and survive in space, and eat a space lunch with astronaut ice cream for dessert! Ages 6-11
August 6-9 FULL; waitlist available Make your own toys that fly, spin,
climb, and swim! Design an awesome flying car, a kid-friendly bow and arrow, climbing toy, marshmallow catapult, and a water-powered boat. Put your toys to the test through games and challenges with other campers. A unique blend of art, science, creativity, and outdoor fun. Ages 6-11
July 16-19 FULL; waitlist available Take a magical adventure to fairyland!
Make fairy finger puppets, wands, and halos, and create fairy houses under the big fir trees. Read delightful fairy tales, enjoy an outdoor tea party, explore the woods, and make a handmade paper journal for your fairy drawings and stories. Ages 5-9
August 13-16 FULL; waitlist available Do you love dinosaurs? We will dig and build dinosaur habitats in the woods, go on a dino egg hunt, design and build dinosaur models, make dinosaur fossils, and paint pictures of our favorite dinosaurs. We will also play lots of water games–just because it's summer! Ages 5-11
About Camp Windy Hill 
Kathy Marty has been an artist, graphic designer, children's art and space science teacher, and special education paraeducator for many years. She loves introducing children to the world of nature, art, and science, and brings joy and enthusiasm to each camp.
12 children maximum; 6:1 camper/counselor ratio.
Camps meet Monday–Thursday from 9:30 am–2:00 pm. Optional extended care is available (see below).
Early Bird Registration: Submit your application and fee by June 1 and pay $130.00 per camp. After June 1 the fee is $140.00. Fee includes all materials and a healthy daily snack. Campers bring a sack lunch and drink.
Optional for all camps from 8:30-9:30 am and 2-3 pm; $5/hour per child payable the week of camp.
